Summary: The Pell is an adorable remodel of an old motel. The lobby, sitting areas, bar and restaurant are lovely, comfortable and modern. The rooms are minimalistic, clean and comfortable. The sheets are amazing, crisp and smooth. The toiletries smell great and the water is soft. The Gym is well equipped with new Peletons, treadmills and dumbbells. It is bright and spacious enough. The staff all went out of their way to be helpful and kind finding paying cards for us and a phone charger to borrow while I was there. We enjoyed the bar staff and the quality of the food for evening snack and breakfast. And all reasonably priced.

Summary: Updated hotel. Nice clean and comfortable rooms. Very convenient to Newport. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Updated hotel with a nice gym and great breakfast! Parking was easy. My only complaint would be the location being on a busy road and nowhere to easily walk or sit outside.

Summary: The place was amazing and I would have given it excellent but it didn’t have an elevator. We were in the 3rd floor and had to carry coolers and luggage. My husband can barely walk due to back pain.

Summary: Absolutely beautiful hotel and wonderful staff. The room was very clean. My only wish is that there was an actual refrigerator in the room and not the beverage cooler. It doesnt quite cool down to the fridge temp,and therefore doesnt hold food well

Summary: We had a solid experience at the The Pell hotel. Staff are friendly and very accomodating. The bar/restaurant has good food and is open 7 days a week. The place was very clean. Gym is a good size. Interior decor is charming and homelike with that warm welcoming Rhode Island feel. Sheets are crisps white and pillows are comfortable. The front desk is staffed 24hr. Well manicured landscape both front and backyard, perfect for weddings and big events. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rhode Island. You won't regret it.

Summary: Very nice hotel, convenient to attractions and conveniences. Very clean room and VG housekeeping service. Only drawback - understaffed restaurant at breakfast but would definitely return.
